Refund Policy

At Thrive in Menopause, we are committed to providing high-quality products, programmes, and services designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products

Digital products include but are not limited to:

Thrive Blueprint

Meal Plans

Exercise Programmes

Downloadable Guides

Trackers

Educational Resources

Digital Workbooks

Bonus Resources

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, refunds will not be provided unless required by applicable law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.


2. Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions may include:

Educational resources

Exercise demonstration videos

Downloadable content

Community support

Exclusive member resources

Ongoing updates

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Membership access will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

No partial-month refunds will be issued.


3. Workshops and Events

Workshop and event bookings may be cancelled by the participant subject to the following conditions:

More than 14 days before the event

Participants may request either:

A full refund; or

Transfer to a future workshop

7 to 14 days before the event

Participants may request:

Transfer to a future workshop; or

A 50% refund

Less than 7 days before the event

Refunds will not be provided.

However, transfer requests may be considered at the discretion of Thrive in Menopause.


4. Workshop Cancellation by Thrive in Menopause

If Thrive in Menopause cancels a workshop or event, participants will be offered either:

A full refund; or

Transfer to a future workshop

Thrive in Menopause will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.


5. Corporate Wellness Services

Corporate workshops, presentations, consulting services, and wellness programmes are subject to individual service agreements.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling arrangements will be governed by the terms outlined in the relevant proposal, quotation, or service contract.


6. Physical Products

Physical products may include but are not limited to:

Resistance bands

Exercise equipment

Wellness products

Printed workbooks

Care packages

Educational materials

Supplements and related health products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where applicable, we may:

Replace the product

Exchange the product

Offer a refund

Customers may be required to provide photographs or supporting information to assist with the assessment.


7. Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, physical products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for return.

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error by Thrive in Menopause.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or payment gateway.


9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa where applicable.
